Frequently asked questions
When do you set up?
We arrive an hour before your booth start time, usually during the ceremony or cocktail hour, so it’s ready before guests come in.
Will you get in our photographer’s way?
No. We stay in our space, and our attendant is happy to coordinate with your photographer.
Can the booth go outdoors?
Yes, in a covered area with power nearby.
When should we book?
6–12 months ahead for peak season (May–October). Off-season dates are easier to get.
How much space and power do you need?
About 10 ft wide by 12 ft deep for our 9 × 9 ft backdrop, a ceiling at least 9 ft high, and one standard outlet within 25 ft. Outdoor setups need a covered area.
What’s your service area?
We deliver free anywhere in Metro Vancouver, from Vancouver and the North Shore to Surrey, Langley and Maple Ridge. Outside Metro Vancouver there’s a flat travel fee: $75 for Abbotsford and Mission, $100 for Squamish, $125 for Chilliwack and $200 for Whistler. Ferry destinations are quoted on request.
How does booking work?
A signed contract and a 25% deposit lock in your date. The deposit is non-refundable and comes off your total. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
