Frequently asked questions
Can you set up at my home?
Yes, indoors or in a covered backyard. You’ll need about 10 × 12 ft of floor space, a ceiling at least 9 ft high, and one standard outlet within 25 ft.
Are the props kid-friendly?
Yes. Our standard prop box works for all ages.
What’s the minimum booking?
Two hours, our Essentials package. Three hours suits most parties of 40 or more.
How much space and power do you need?
About 10 ft wide by 12 ft deep for our 9 × 9 ft backdrop, a ceiling at least 9 ft high, and one standard outlet within 25 ft. Outdoor setups need a covered area.
What’s your service area?
We deliver free anywhere in Metro Vancouver, from Vancouver and the North Shore to Surrey, Langley and Maple Ridge. Outside Metro Vancouver there’s a flat travel fee: $75 for Abbotsford and Mission, $100 for Squamish, $125 for Chilliwack and $200 for Whistler. Ferry destinations are quoted on request.
How does booking work?
A signed contract and a 25% deposit lock in your date. The deposit is non-refundable and comes off your total. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
