Frequently asked questions
Can you send a certificate of insurance to our venue?
Yes. Give us the venue’s details and we’ll send it directly.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We invoice your company for the deposit and the balance.
What happens to guest data from lead capture?
Guests opt in, we send the data only to you, and we delete our copy within 30 days.
Do you do trade shows or multi-day events?
Yes. Ask about multi-day rates in the form.
How much space and power do you need?
About 10 ft wide by 12 ft deep for our 9 × 9 ft backdrop, a ceiling at least 9 ft high, and one standard outlet within 25 ft. Outdoor setups need a covered area.
What’s your service area?
We deliver free anywhere in Metro Vancouver, from Vancouver and the North Shore to Surrey, Langley and Maple Ridge. Outside Metro Vancouver there’s a flat travel fee: $75 for Abbotsford and Mission, $100 for Squamish, $125 for Chilliwack and $200 for Whistler. Ferry destinations are quoted on request.
How does booking work?
A signed contract and a 25% deposit lock in your date. The deposit is non-refundable and comes off your total. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
